Interesting read. The big thing that jumped out at me: economics, specifically incentives. Increase the friction, to use a tech business term, of being a criminal in several small ways, and people will ultimately decide it’s easier to do something legal.

Phenomenal writing advice. My students would do well to follow it (except perhaps–perhaps–the bit about the rum.
Seems smart to me, though I don’t know how this would work for an average, non-technical user. If implemented incredibly well, though, it could work. I think some sort of menu or hierarchical (or otherwise-organized) visual presentation would be necessary as a discovery tool, though.
Fun makes-my-brain-hurt stuff.
